Key concepts

My key concepts are these two : 1. Connection 2.Responsibility I chose these key concepts because these are the most related ones to my topic. 1. Connection The world still needs Carbon Dioxide but if there is to much Carbon Dioxide it wouldn't be good. Problems have occur in the past few months. Recently in Jakarta there is a flood, but in Australia there is draught. Carbon dioxide could cause Global Warming and because Global Warming happens it creates a climate change. The food cycle, the climate temperature and the impact of the climate change to the world is devastating. The world's temperature is increasing in the amount of 1.5 degrees. This is just the starting, it is not the climax of it. Carbon dioxide is related to the climate change. If there is to much Carbon Dioxide in the air it is also called as air pollution. Air pollution can produce acid rain. Acid rain doesnt really harm humans but to other things yes. Trees could die because the water that they absorb from the soil is full of acid. 2. Responsibility We are responsible for the cause of the pollution, global warming, high levels of CO2 and the climate change. We have to try to stop producing to much air pollution because it has eventually become a global problem. There are many things that we have to take care.
We have to protect the environment starting from now. In the documentary film called Inconvenient truth it states that if we don't stop the rising levels of CO2 the polar ice caps would melt. When the polar ice caps melt it would increase the sea water level. It is important for us to stop doing harmful things to the environment. These things are dangerous later on but not now. It is up to you to stop it

My First eLearning Homework

I like to do something that is related to computer so this is one of the fun things that I like to do with my computer.

This blog is about UOI. UOI is a Unit of Inquiry. I am doing this for my final project which is to make an exhibition about Carbon dioxide. My group members is Alto, Jason, Misya and Priscilla. We have agreed on this specific topic because

The title of the UOI is "It is our world, we are responsible for it."

The theme of this UOI is "Sharing the Planet"." We are living in the same world and we have to take care of it together and share it equally.

My group's name is CO2 Gladiators. We have made a group band that will play the song called I Just Wanna live and that is our slogan to. That song connects to my topic becuase I want to live and if I want to live I have to do something about the problems here on earth.

I have several unit of inquiries and here is one of them.

1. How high levels affect the environment.

If there are too much air pollution and Carbon Dioxide around our environment we could have some problems. Man kind could be affected because of the sudden increase of the world's temperature. It is likely to be not balance around this world. My ex Headmaster of my school came to visit the school and told us that in Australia there recently has been a draught. It is when there is a lack of water and in Indonesia it is so different. There has been flood which means that there was an overflow of water. In the Artic the polar ice caps are melting because of the intense heat of the sun. I got this information on the film called Inconvenient Truth.

The Co2 Gladiators

By reading what is in my blog I hope that you will understand how does the world is affected by human activity. People have to stop this global problem.
